Hello! Welcome to the first Social Stamping Blog Host of 2021. I started these blog hops in 2020 when COVID was first starting to impact our lives. In Australia, we all went into lockdown of some form and have had varying experiences with the impact of the virus since then. I’m very aware that compared to some our international friends, our freedoms and lifestyle have been very protected.

Anyone who thought 2021 would be like the usual new year transition – the turning of the page to a new fresh year – may be somewhat disappointed. We continue to experience the effects of the virus in almost everything we do. Though the vaccines have started to roll out here, I feel there will be quite some time until we see freedom of travel (especially international) and the ability to make plans again without wondering if they’ll be affected by a change in rules or snap lockdown. My heart goes out to those who are missing loved ones, have caught this awful virus or had to rearrange plans for special days such as weddings.

This year for the Social Stamping Blog Hosts we’re sharing projects made with the collection collections – starting with the happiest colours in the Stampin’ Up! range – Brights!
