Stamp Review Crew | Tabs for Everything

Hello Monday! It’s amazing how quickly each one rolls around, but boy am I always glad to be here to see another week start.

Thanks for stopping by today – I’m hopping with the gorgeous Stamp Review Crew.  A huge welcome to Jay Soriano who joins the Crew this month.  You may have already hopped over from Jay – isn’t his work amazing???

Today’s stamp set of choice is the Tabs for Everything stamp set and coordinating Circle Tab Punch.

There’s lots of cool things you can do with this bundle from pimping your planner, 3D items and fancy cards & scrapbook pages.  I used it last year to create tabs for my Annual Catalogue – see that here.

I love all the little cute sentiments and teeny tiny stamps!  There’s 53 stamps in all – that’s a lot of stamping options!!!

Sometimes my creative journey starts in one place and ends up in a totally different place.  Skip through to the photos if you don’t need this little bit of crazy back story!!!

I started thinking about how great this stamp set is for people who love their planners (….. not me, I’m a digital girl as much as I love the idea of a planner).

Which then lead me to using the stamps on pages with lines…… which made me think of the lined cards in the Memories & More Card Kits that I usually struggle to use on traditional greeting cards – because of the lines or grids.

I often have a stash of those left in any card kit I buy.  But they were totally perfect for this theme, so I set about making postcard (no fold) style cards using a 4″x6″ Memories & More card, a 3″x4″ Memories & More card and coordinating stamps from the Tabs for Everything stamp set.

What a hoot!  My plan for these cards is to write the message on the front and post in an envelope, but you could also write on the back if you prefered.

Here are the 5 designs in more detail….

Stamp Review Crew | SAB Bonus Hop

There’s nothing quite as fun as a bonus anything!!!

This is a fun bonus because we’re blogging about…. {BONUS PRODUCTS!}

That’s right, a whole blog hop by the gorgeous Stamp Review Crew sharing what they love about the Sale-A-Bration choices for 2018!

And there’s lots of lovely choice (click to enlarge)….

*** Sale-A-Bration rewards in Australian dollars (check with your local demonstrator for spend requirements in your region).

Today I’m sharing with you the oh-so-lovely Memories & More cards that you can choose for absolutely nothing with a $90 order.

These pretty floral designs coordinate with the Sweet Soiree range in the Occasions catalogue.  You get 72 double sided cards (52 small and 20 large).

,As always, you can use these cards to make scrapbook pages, pocket style memory keeping and use them as embellishments/DSP on a card.

But I started thinking, what else could these tiny pretties do?

They could easily be used for love notes in lunchboxes, writing a fancy shopping list or slipped into a clear phone cover for an interchangeable pattern!

You could also make a pretty bookmark….

How apt is ‘love this story’ that I chopped from two of the cards and stuck to one of my favourite designs (chopped to 2″ wide and punched using the Scalloped Tag Topper).

Next up I used the little cards – chopped in half – to made a banner for Miss Papercraft.

She starts Kindy next week and isn’t all that keen on learning the letters in her name.  So I designed this as a game that she could put the letters in order and then thread them on the ribbon string.

I work in Child Development, so snuck in the fine motor threading skill as well as the letter recognition!!!  She’ll never know we’re working – because it’s so pretty!!!

The last project I’m sharing was inspired by the gorgeous Jackie Aitken.  She sent me a card last year with my address on a Memories & More card – stuck to the front of the envelope.  Jackie has a series of blog posts showcasing how she made 44 cards with the Sweet Soiree Memories & More card pack.  Click here to visit the first post in the series.

The extra detail on the envelope made me smile and I’ve haven’t forgotten it!  I know she won’t mind me sharing it with you.

You can see how easy it is to use these pretty cards and how many ways you can use them in your crafty projects.
